Synchronous 4 and 6 Poles Motors

The T Series 4 and 6 pole high speed synchronous motors are horizontal. The cooling method is open from fan-cooled, ducted or semi-pipe ventilated, closed self-circulating ventilation. The T-series motor can be made with one end shaft extension or a shaft extension at both ends. The direction of rotation is counterclockwise as seen from the end of the collector ring. The direction of rotation of the motor can be changed as needed, but the blades of the motor should be changed accordingly.

4 and 6 pole high speed synchronous motors:
Base: welded with steel plate into a whole structure, the base and the bearing seat are respectively fixed on the bottom plate welded by the steel plate. 
The stator core is formed by laminating silicon steel sheets of 0.5 mm, and the stator core is fixed on the frame by a tensioning screw. 
Stator coil: The coil is a stack winding, which is insulated by F pole and has anti-corona measures. The ends of the coils are securely fastened and treated with an integral VPI vacuum dipping finish. 
Magnetic pole: a magnetic pole punch punched from a thin steel plate is laminated, and a magnetic pole core jacket is a magnetic pole coil. The entire magnetic pole is mounted on the yoke. 
Magnetic pole coil: It is made of copper flat wire and is insulated by Class F insulation. 
The optimized wind, magnetic circuit and circuit design of the T series high-speed synchronous motor make the motor have good electrical performance, low electromagnetic noise and superior energy efficiency. 

The T series 4 and 6 pole high speed synchronous motors are designed with 3D software, and the ANSYS analysis software is used to analyze the electromagnetic field, structure field and temperature field by finite element method to ensure the high reliability of the motor. This model uses a solid magnetic pole structure that can be used in steel mills to drive large inertia loads such as sintering machines and fans. The motor starting mode adopts a soft start, and the starting scheme is determined according to the resistance torque and the moment of inertia of the load.

T Series 4 and 6 pole high speed synchronous motors are suitable for drive ventilators, pumps, motor generator sets and other general purpose machines. The rated voltage of this series of synchronous motors is 6000V/10000V, the rated frequency is 50HZ, and the rated power factor is 0.9 (leading). This series of motors has high operating efficiency, sophisticated materials, excellent manufacturing, stable performance, and the speed does not change with load changes.

The technical requirements of this series of motors, except those specified in the special technical conditions of the products, are in compliance with the IEC standards. The mechanical dimensions of each part of the motor are in accordance with the Chinese national standard GB1800-1804 and the ISO standard of the International Standardization Committee.

The protection level of this series of motor housings is IP00, IP20, IP21, IP23 and IP44 according to GB4942.1 and IEC34-5 "Motor enclosure protection level".

T series 4 and 6 pole synchronous motor cooling methods According to GB1993 and IEC34-6 "Motor Cooling Method" standards, there are IC01, IC27, IC37, IC81W, IC91W. The basic installation method of the motor complies with the provisions of GB997 and IEC34-7 "Motor Structure and Installation Type Code". If the user needs other protection levels, cooling methods, and installation methods, they can be negotiated separately.

The T series large-scale three-phase four-pole and six-stage synchronous motor has a constant rating; the structural type is horizontal; the ventilation mode is open type, pipeline ventilation and forced circulation forced air. This series of high speed synchronous motors are used to drive blowers, compressors, pumps, rolling mills and other general purpose machines. The direction of rotation of the motor is clockwise from the end of the shaft. The motor allows direct starting at full pressure. The motor is a single shaft extension, box structure, horizontal installation, end cover rolling bearing. The motor housing protection type is heavy straight anti-drip type, and can also be other forms. According to user requirements, the ventilation form of the motor can be ventilated or reversed (wind inlet).

Bearing: It is composed of cast iron bearing housing and bearing bush with bearing alloy. The lubrication method is compound lubrication of oil ring self-lubricating or external oil system.

Brush and collector ring: The slip ring is a fabricated structure. The brush is mounted in a constant pressure brush box and connected by a conductive plate, and the entire brush holder is fixed to the side of the bearing.

Excitation mode: This series of motor excitation system uses thyristor excitation device.
